Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure?

Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure?

Who?

Your borrower may be interested in signing the property over to you, the private lender, instead of going through the non-judicial foreclosure process.

What?

Depending on the condition of title, a Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure may be able to be recorded to transfer title instead of filing foreclosure.

When?

If the parties are willing and title is clear of junior encumbrances, the Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure can be filed quickly.

Where?

C.N.A. Foreclosure Services, Inc. works with the borrower and the lender to prepare the Deed in Lieu of Foreclosure. Prior to recording the document, C.N.A. will work with title to determine any other liens. Call us to discuss your particular situation.
