We will walk you through the foreclosure process and prepare the documents you need. Once we have the basic information from you, we complete the documents for you including the Substitution of Trustee and Declaration of Default to start the process. While C.N.A. is not currently charging an additional fee for preparing the Substitution of Trustee, there is a fee imposed by the County for recording the Substitution of Trustee. The Substitution of Trustee is required to be recorded in the proper County before the Notice of Default can be filed.

If you are planning to start a foreclosure filing, please take the time now to have us prepare the Substitution of Trustee for you to have notarized. We will need the original signed document back from you prior to recording the Notice of Default initiating foreclosure.
